Pecan Fudge Butter S’mores Bars
If you love adding extras to your smore’s, you will love these Fudge Butter S’mores Bars. The Fudge Butter gives this recipe a double chocolate taste, and the graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows and chocolate chunks make you feel like you are eating a s’mores. Perfect for a fall night at a bonfire.
Ingredients
- 10 ounce jar of Pecan Fudge Butter 
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, room temperature 
- ½ cup brown sugar 
- 1 egg, large, room temperature 
- 1 cup all-purpose flour 
- ½ teaspoon baking soda 
- ¾ teaspoon salt 
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 
- ½ cup chocolate chunks (we chopped up a Hershey’s bar) 
- ½ cup marshmallows, mini 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a square pan with parchment paper. Set aside. 
- In a large bowl, with a hand mixer (or stand mixer) beat together the Fudge Butter and butter until mixed completely. Be careful not to over mix. 
- Add the brown sugar and mix until well combined. Next add the eggs and vanilla extract until combined completely. Scrape down the mixture in between adding ingredients. 
- Next add the flour, baking soda, salt, graham cracker crumbs. Mix until well combined and no streaks of flour exist. 
- With a spatula, fold in the chocolate chunks and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed throughout the batter. 
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish, make sure it is distributed in an even layer before baking. 
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. 
- Cool before serving and enjoy!
