Fudge Butter Pecan Pie
Happy PI (3.14) day! We’ve recently put a twist on an old favorite. This pie tastes like a chocolate pie and a pecan pie all in one. It’s a delicious way to change it up a little. We love a good remake, so if you try it at home, tag us on any of our social media platforms to be featured. Enjoy!
Ingredients —
- 3 Large Eggs, Beaten 
- 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter 
- 1 Cup White Sugar 
- 1/2 Cup + 2 TBL Fudge Butter 
- 1/8 tsp sea salt 
- 1 tsp vanilla 
- 1-1/2 Cup Pecan Pieces 
- 1/2 Cup Semi-sweet chocolate morsels 
- Ready to Bake 10” Pie Shell 
Prepare —
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees 
- Gently beat eggs 
- Melt Butter 
- Hand mix eggs, butter, sugar, fudge butter, sea salt, and vanilla together 
- Add in pecan pieces and chocolate chips 
- Pour mixture in pie shell 
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes 
- After 15 minutes, turn down oven to 350 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes 
- Cool and serve
