Fudge Butter Pecan Pie

Happy PI (3.14) day! We’ve recently put a twist on an old favorite. This pie tastes like a chocolate pie and a pecan pie all in one. It’s a delicious way to change it up a little. We love a good remake, so if you try it at home, tag us on any of our social media platforms to be featured. Enjoy!

Ingredients —

  • 3 Large Eggs, Beaten

  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

  • 1 Cup White Sugar

  • 1/2 Cup + 2 TBL Fudge Butter

  • 1/8 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla 

  • 1-1/2 Cup Pecan Pieces

  • 1/2 Cup Semi-sweet chocolate morsels

  • Ready to Bake 10” Pie Shell 

Prepare —

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  • Gently beat eggs

  • Melt Butter

  • Hand mix eggs, butter, sugar, fudge butter, sea salt, and vanilla together

  • Add in pecan pieces and chocolate chips

  • Pour mixture in pie shell

  • Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes

  • After 15 minutes, turn down oven to 350 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes

  • Cool and serve

  • Enjoy!
