Pecan Butter Vinaigrette Dressing
Pecan butter in salad dressing…whaaat??
It’s a refreshing addition to a salad for a summer barbecue or just to spice up an old recipe! We also love it on chicken and brown rice, or served as a dip with tomatoes, celery and cucumbers. However you use it, we hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients —
- ⅔ C light tasting oil (i.e. Canola Oil or Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil) 
- ⅔ C orange juice 
- 2 Tbsp honey 
- 2 Tbsp Creamy Original Pecan Butter 
- ½ tsp grated fresh ginger 
- ½ tsp powdered garlic 
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional) 
Prepare —
- Mix all of the ingredients into a jar. Shake well before pouring. Serve immediately over mixed salad or refrigerate until use.
