Pot O'Gold Pecan Fudge
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
To celebrate, we’ve crafted up a delicious white chocolate fudge complete with pieces of our Toasted Sea Salt Pecans. We love a good St. Patrick’s Day Party and remake, so if you fit into that category, tag us on any of our social media!
Ingredients —
- 1 jar of marshmallow fluff 
- ¾ C Irish Cream liqueur 
- ¼ C Butter 
- 2 C White chocolate chips 
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 
- Green food coloring (5-8 drops) 
- 1 C Toasted Sea Salt Pecans (buy here!) 
Prepare —
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and butter (we used a cheesecake pan) 
- In a large saucepan melt the butter, add the marshmallow fluff, and Irish liqueur to the saucepan, combine until boiling 
- After the mixture has boiled for about 5 minutes, remove from the heat and combine the vanilla and white chocolate chips 
- Stir until white chocolate chips are melted 
- Mix Toasted Sea Salt Pecans into the mixture 
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate for about 1 hr so fudge will cool completely 
- Enjoy!
