Pecan Butter Energy Bites
If you need a quick snack, packing for a long hike or even headed off to the ball field for the weekend, our Pecan Butter Energy Bites are perfect for you! They’re simple and can be whipped up in a jiffy. Keep your family fueled and healthy!
Recipe —
- 1 C dry oatmeal* 
- ½ C Pecan Butter (any flavor) 
- ½ C chocolate chips** 
- ½ C ground flaxseed 
- ½ C honey 
- 1 tsp real vanilla extract 
Prepare —
*We lightly chopped the oatmeal together, and have found it works best.
** Optional other great options—cranberries, coconut flakes, M&M’s, etc.
