Chocolate Pecan Butter Cups

Chocolate and nut butters — just something about that combination that is so delicious and leaves us coming back for more. Today we’re sharing our very own Chocolate Pecan Butter Cups — they’ve quickly become a crowd favorite and will leave you wanting more. These little Pecan Butter Cups are perfect for book club, tea time, or it pairs perfectly with a cup of coffee for a quick snack.

Recipe

Ingredients —

  • 1 Cup Creamy Pecan Butter

  • ½ Cup confectioner’s sugar

  • 4 ½ Tablespoons butter, softened

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 package (12 oz) melting chocolate

Prepare —

  • In a medium bowl, combine pecan butter, confectioner’s sugar, butter and salt. Mix until well combined, set aside.

  • In another bowl, melt chocolate according to package instructions.

  • Prepare a mini muffin pan with small muffin liners, then put chocolate on the bottom and brush it up the sides so that the muffin liner is coated to the top.

  • Place desired amount of pecan butter filling in the middle, (we did a tablespoon or two), cover with chocolate.

  • Continue until all ingredients are gone.

  • Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour for the chocolate to set.
