Pecan Butter Smoothies
Smoothies are an easy, on-the-go, and nutritious way to get in a snack. All of these smoothies include frozen bananas; I suggest to slice the bananas before freezing to make it easier and quicker to make. Tag us in your recreations on Instagram or Facebook.
Power Greens & Pecan Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen 
- ½ - 1 cup almond milk 
- 1-2 scoops protein powder (we used vanilla) 
- ½ cup spinach 
- 1 Tablespoon Pecan Butter of your choice 
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. 
- Blend, stir occasionally if needed for the ingredients to be well combined. 
- Enjoy! 
Açai Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ banana, frozen 
- 2 Açai packets (we used these from Publix) 
- ½ cup pineapple, fresh, canned or frozen 
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until well combined. 
- Top with coconut shreds, chia seeds, pecan butter, or granola — the possibilities are endless. 
- Enjoy!
