Spicy Ranch Encrusted Chicken
Looking for easy, quick and delicious meals to prep for you and your family? We have just the recipe! It’s great either on chicken breasts or tender with a side salad and sweet potatoes.
3 Egg whites
2 Cups of ground Spicy Ranch Pecans
4 Chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 400℉ (205℃)
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, set aside
In a blender, grind a Medium bag (7.5 oz) of Spicy Ranch Pecans (buy, here!)
Place ground pecans in a flat dish pan or on a plate
Separate 3 eggs, keeping the egg whites to use (store the egg yolks for another recipe)
Place egg whites in a flat dish pan, bowl or deep plate
Take the chicken breasts, dip in the egg whites, covering it throughly and then roll in the ground pecans
Place on baking sheet
Bake for 20 minutes, until chicken is throughly cooked. Pecans should be golden brown
Add to a salad, sandwich or just by itself.
